摘  要:为准确计算用户需求重要度并将其转化为对应的产品结构模块,提升产品设计的合理性、易用性及美观度,提出一种AHP,FAST和FBS相结合的方法。对遥控式抹光机功能样机的用户需求进行调查分析,运用AHP确定需求权重;以此为参考,应用FAST将用户需求分别转化为产品功能;根据FBS模型,实现产品功能到结构的映射,从而确定产品各结构模块,输出最终设计方案。AHP/FAST/FBS集成方法能将用户需求转化为设计技术要求,从而获得理想的产品设计方案。In order to accurately calculate the importance of user requirements and transform them into corresponding product structure modules,improve the rationality,ease of use and aesthetics of product design,a method combined with AHP,FAST and FBS was proposed.Investigation and analysis of user requirements were performed on remote control troweling machine functional prototype.AHP was used to determine demand weight.FAST was applied to convert user requirements into product functions.The mapping from product functions to structures was realized according to FBS model,so as to determine product structural modules,and output the final design scheme.The AHP/FAST/FBS integration method could transform user requirements into design technical requirements,so as to obtain ideal product design schemes.
