摘 要:为解决摩托车头盔的性能与造型的适配性问题,降低高速行驶中的风阻,搭建了可实现头盔气动性能分析与论证的数值风洞模型,并对其可靠性进行验证。对常见的头盔模型气动性能进行数值计算,分析造型特征与低风阻性能的关联性,并筛选出可能的有利特征。对筛选出的特征分别进行初次及二次改进设计,形成满足低风阻性能要求的新方案。最后,进行造型细节设计,输出最终设计方案,并对低阻性能进行验证。结果表明:有利特征筛选与风阻仿真分析方法可确保摩托车头盔的低阻性能,为摩托车头盔设计提供理论依据和方法支持,也可为相关产品设计提供参考。In order to solve the suitability issues between performance and modeling of motorcycle helmet,reduce wind resistance in high-speed driving,a numerical wind tunnel model was established to analyze and demonstrate aerodynamic performance of the helmet.The reliability was verified.The aerodynamic performances of common helmet models were numerically calculated to analyze correlations between modeling features and low resistance performance,and select possible favorable characteristics.First and second improvement designs of selected features were carried out to form a new scheme that met the requirement of low resistance performance.Finally,the modeling details were designed,the final design scheme was output,and the low resistance performance was verified.The results showed that favorable features selection and improvement design could ensure low resistance performance of motorcycle helmet,which could provide theoretical basis and method support for motorcycle helmet design,and provide references for relative product design.
