摘　　要：目的探究互联网下专属护士对院外留置尿管延续护理的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月—4月于本科接受治疗并需院外留置尿管的患者80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组患者常规宣教,观察组互联网下专属护士实施延续护理。观察两组干预效果。结果干预后比较,观察组并发症低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在互联网下由专属护士进行院外留置尿管延续护理,不仅能够提升患者生活质量,同时有助于预防与减少患者并发症,对于促进护理质量的提升具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing care of out-of-hospital indwelling catheter by exclusive nurses under the Internet.Methods 80 patients who received treatment in our department from February to April 2019 and needed indwelling catheter outside hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine education,while patients in experimental group were given continuous nursing under the Internet.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and observed.Results Complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of out-of-hospital indwelling catheter by exclusive nurses under the Internet can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also help to prevent and reduce complications of patients,which has a positive significance in promoting the quality of nursing.
