摘　　要：目的应用PDCA循环管理降低病房入院评估缺陷率。方法查检2018年4月10日—5月10日期间所有出院患儿病历中入院评估缺陷率,利用柏拉图法寻找真性主要影响因素,针对这些因素进行调整、改进;调整后,于2018年6月12日—7月12日期间再次统计所有出院病历中影响入院评估缺陷率的因素,并通过两次对比,检验PDCA循环管理的有效性。结果入院评估缺陷主要真性因素为“护理人员缺乏责任心、新护士对表格应用不熟悉”,针对这些因素进行改进,调整后的入院评估缺陷率显著降低(P<0.05)。运用PDCA循环管理后,以上两项真性因素在入院评估缺陷率中所占构成比较整改前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式能有效降低病房入院评估缺陷率,降低因护理人员工作欠完善所致入院评估缺陷因素构成比,减少护理安全隐患和护理管理缺陷,提高护理质量和护患关系。Objective PDCA circulatory management was used to reduce the rate of inadequacy assessment in wards.Methods According to the literature,the defect rate was examined in the medical records of all discharged children from 2018 to April 10,to May 10.Plato′s method was used to find out the main influencing factors of truth,and these factors were adjusted and improved.After adjustment,the factors affecting the defect rate of admission assessment in all discharged medical records were counted again during the period of June 12,to July 12,and the effectiveness of PDCA circulation management was tested by comparing with each other twice.Results The main factor of the defect of admission assessment was the"The nurses lack a sense of responsibility and the new nurse is not familiar with the application of the form",and the improvement was made to these factors.After the adjustment,the defect rate of the admission assessment could be significantly reduced(P<0.05).After using the PDCA cycle management,the above two true factors had a significant decrease in the rate of admission assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation management mode can effectively reduce the defect rate of the hospital admission assessment,reduce the composition ratio of the defect factors of the admission assessment due to the inadequate work of the nursing staff,and reduce the nursing safety hazard and the nursing management defect.Improve nursing quality and nurse-patient relationship.
