摘　　要：目的分析全国名老中医何成瑶教授治疗排卵障碍性不孕含蛇床子处方用药规律。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院何老诊治的排卵障碍性不孕(Ovulatory Disorder Infertility,ODI)患者中含蛇床子处方457首,录入中医传承辅助平台软件,建立数据库,应用软件Apriori算法等方法,分析处方中药物频次、关联规则、核心药物组合等。结果常用药物有蛇床子、熟地黄、当归、五味子、大血藤、茯苓、川芎、菟丝子等,核心药物组合为蛇床子-大血藤-川芎-茯苓-熟地黄-甘草-当归-五味子等。结论蛇床子是何老治疗ODI的核心药物之一,含蛇床子药物核心组合主要有养血补血及补肾活血、健脾宁心作用。Objective To analyze the rules of prescriptions by He Chengyao, an expert of Chinese medicine physicians in China, in the treatment of anovulatory infertility with fructus cnidii. Methods 457 prescriptions were collected from ODI patients who treated by Professor He, all of which included fructus cnidii. Prescriptions were entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software to establish a database, and then used Apriori algorithm to analyze the frequency of drugs, association rules and core drug combinations in prescriptions. Results Commonly used drugs are fructus cnidii, prepared rehmannia root, chinese angelica,schisandra chinensis, sargentgloryvine stem, poria cocos, ligusticum wallichii and Chinese dodder seed etc. The core drug combination is fructus cnidii-prepared rehmannia root-licorice-Chinese angelica-schisandra chinensis. Conclusion Fructus Cnidii is one of the core drugs for the treatment of ODI by Professor He. The core combination of medicines containing Fructus Cnidii has the functions of nourishing blood, invigorating the kidney, promoting blood circulation, strengthening the spleen and calming the heart.
