生化消胀汤联合神阙穴贴敷对剖宫产妇术后胃肠功能恢复的影响  

Effect of Shenghua Xiaozhang Decoction Combined with Shenque(RN8) Application on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after Cesarean Section Maternal Operation

摘　　要：目的探讨生化消胀汤联合神阙穴贴敷对剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年12月—2020年1月宜春市中医院收治的66例行剖宫产产妇临床资料,根据术后干预方案不同分为观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组术后予以常规干预,观察组进行生化消胀汤联合神阙穴贴敷。比较2组产妇的临床治疗效果和胃肠功能回复时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、首次排便时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇术后予以生化消胀汤联合神阙穴贴敷,能提高产妇的治疗效果,促进产妇的胃肠功能恢复,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenghua Xiaozhuang decoction combined with Shenque(RN8) application on gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean delivery. Methods The clinical data of 66 women undergoing cesarean section admitted from December 2017 to January 2020 Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed, and they were grouped according to different postoperative intervention schemes. The women who received routine intervention after operation were included in the control group(n =33). The parturients with Shenghua Xiaozhuang decoction combined with Shenque(RN8) application were included in the observation group(n =33). The efficacy of gastrointestinal function and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function(intervention of bowel sound recovery, anal exhaustion, time of first bowel movement) after intervention between the two groups of women from the day of surgery to the third day after surgery were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The recovery of bowel sounds, anal exhaustion, and the first bowel movement time were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Shenghua Xiaozhuang decotion combined with Shenque(RN8) application after cesarean delivery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of women, and it is worth popularizing.
