五和通络法联合熏灸扶正疗法治疗湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察五和通络法联合熏灸扶正疗法治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月沈阳市第四人民医院收治的60例湿疹患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用口服氯雷他定及局部涂抹卤米松软膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用五和通络法及熏灸扶正疗法治疗。比较2组的湿疹面积和严重程度指数(Eczema area and severity index,EASI)评分下降程度及临床治疗效果。结果观察组的EASI评分下降程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为83.3%(27/30),高于对照组的66.7%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论五和通络法联合熏灸扶正疗法治疗湿疹,能缓解患者的湿疹严重程度,提高患者的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wuhe Tongluo method combined with smoked moxibustion and strengthening vital qi therapy in the treatment of eczema. Methods A total of 60 eczema patients admitted to the Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenyang from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group was treated with oral loratadine and local application of halmetasone ointment, while the observation group was treated with Wuhe Tongluo method and fumigation moxibustion therapy. The decrease degree of Eczema area and Severity index(EASI) score and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The EASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.3%(27/30), which was higher than that in the control group 66.7%(20/30), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Wuhe Tongluo method combined with smoked moxibustion and strengthening vital qi therapy in the treatment of eczema is effective.
