三胶膏结合体外冲击波治疗髋关节骨髓水肿综合征15例

摘　　要：目的观察中医三胶膏结合体外冲击波治疗髋关节骨髓水肿综合征(Bone marrow edema syndrome of the hip,BMES)的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2018年10月许昌仁和骨伤医院收治的30例BMES患者,给予三胶膏及体外冲击波,治疗前后均采用髋关节Harris评分系统进行评分,并随访8个月。比较治疗前后患者的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、功能评分、关节运动范围评分及总分。结果治疗后的疼痛功能、关节运动范围评分及总分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论三胶膏结合体外冲击波治疗BMES,可以明显改善患者疼痛症状及骨髓水肿征象,是治疗BMES的一种有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Sanjiao ointment combined with extracorporeal shock wave on hip bone marrow edema syndrome(BMES). Methods A total of 30 BMES patients admitted to Xuchang Renhe Orthopedics Hospital from March 2015 to October 2018 were selected. They were treated with Sanjiao ointment and extracorporeal shock wave. Before and after the treatment, Harris hip scoring system was used to score the patients, and followed up for 8 months.Visual analogue scale(VAS), functional score, joint range of motion score and total score were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the pain function, joint motion range score and total score were higher than before treatment, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Sanjiao ointment combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy can obviously improve pain symptoms and signs of bone marrow edema in patients, and is an effective method for treating hip bone marrow edema syndrome.
