摘　　要：痔是肛周常见病之一,发病率较高,以便时出血、脱出、肛门坠胀疼痛等为主要症状,严重影响患者的工作、生活质量。陈民藩教授是全国首届名中医,福建省肛肠学科主要奠基人,从事肛肠临床医学教研工作近60年,对于痔的治疗积累了丰富的理论和临床经验,重视日常调护,减少发病机率,强调治疗有症状的痔,坚持"辨证论治、内外并重、药术同施、存体寡损"的治疗原则。作者师从陈老3年,总结了陈教授对于痔病的诊治思路、临床辨证用药、验方组成及个体化手术方案的选择、术中术后注意事项等经验,并附验案1则,希望能对广大肛肠专科医生临床痔病的诊治有所帮助。Hemorrhoids are one of the common diseases of the perianal region, and the incidence rate is high, so that bleeding, prolapse and anal swelling and pain are the main symptoms, which seriously affect the quality of work life. Professor Chen Minfan is the first famous Chinese medicine in China and the main founder of anorectal discipline in Fujian Province. He has been engaged in anorectal clinical medicine teaching and research for nearly 60 years. He has accumulated rich theoretical and clinical experience in the treatment of hemorrhoids. He attaches great importance to daily care, reduces the incidence of disease, emphasizes the treatment of symptomatic hemorrhoids, and adheres to the treatment principle of "syndrome differentiation and treatment, internal and external attention,medicine and surgery, and body preservation and less damage". The author studied with Professor Chen for three years, and summarized Professor Chen’s ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids, clinical dialectical drug use, prescription composition, individualized operation scheme selection, intraoperative and postoperative matters needing attention, and attached a case, hoping to be helpful to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids for anorectal specialists.
