中医特色护理在痰喘散穴位敷贴治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色护理在痰喘散穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽中的应用。方法选取2018年7月—2019年12月枣庄市峄城区中医院进行治疗的104例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。2组患儿均给予痰喘散穴位敷贴进行治疗,在此基础上对照组患儿给予常规护理手段,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上再辅助以中医特色护理手段,护理后,对比2组治疗效果。结果干预后,2组患儿在治疗之后症状得到了明显的缓解,观察组患儿体温恢复时间、肺部音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及各项中医症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将中医特色护理应用到痰喘散穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽中,取得了比较好的治疗效果,可以显著缓解患儿的病情,提高治疗效果,减轻患儿的家庭经济负担与家属的心理压力,值得在临床小儿肺炎咳嗽的治疗中进行推广和应用。Objective To explore the application of characteristic traditional C hinese medicine nursing in the application of acupoint application of Tanchuan powder in treating children with pneumonia and asthma. Methods A total of 104 children with pneumonia in Zaozhuang Yicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine treated from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The 2 groups of children were given Tanchuan powder acupoint application for treatment, on this basis, children in the control group were given conventional nursing methods, and children in the observation group were assisted with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing methods on the basis of the control group. After nursing, the treatment effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the symptoms of the two groups of patients were significantly relieved after treatment. The temperature recovery time, the disappearance of lung rales, the disappearance of cough, and the score of each symptom of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was significantly(P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine to the application of acupoint application of Tanchuansan to treat children with pneumonia and wheezing has achieved a relatively good therapeutic effect, which can significantly alleviate the child’s condition, improve the treatment effect, and reduce the family economic burden. The psychological pressure of family members is worthy of promotion and application in the treatment of clinical children with pneumonia and cough.
