摘 要:为提高45钢的摩擦磨损性能,采用超音频感应熔覆技术在45钢基体上制备Co基合金涂层,研究涂层的微观组织形貌、物相组成、显微硬度以及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:Co基合金涂层与基体冶金结合,涂层内无孔洞、裂纹等缺陷;涂层物相组成复杂,主要由γ-Co、γ-(Fe,Ni)、Cr_(23)C_(6)、Cr_(7)C_(3)、Co_(7)W_(6)以及金属间化合物Co_(3)Fe_(7)和FeNi_(3)组成;钴基合金涂层的显微硬度约为573.1 HV_(0.2 N),是基体45钢(215.0 HV_(0.2 N))的2.67倍;在室温干摩擦条件下,钴基合金涂层的摩擦磨损性能优于45钢基体,其磨损形式为轻微的磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。In order to improve the friction and wear properties of the 45 steel,Co-based alloy coatings were prepared on the substrate of 45 steel by supersonic induction cladding technology.The microstructure morphology,phase composition,microhardness and wear properties of coatings were studied.Results showed that the Co-based alloy coating was metallurgically bonded with the substrate,and no voids,cracks or other defects appeared on the coating.The coating was composed of complex phases,mainly includingγ-Co,γ-(Fe,Ni),Cr_(23)C_(6),Cr_(7)C_(3),Co_(7)W_(6),intermetallic compounds Co_(3)Fe_(7)and FeNi_(3).Furthermore,the microhardness of the Co-based alloy coating was 573.1 HV_(0.2 N),which was 2.67 times higher than that of the substrate(215.0 HV_(0.2 N)).Under the condition of dry friction condition at room temperature,the friction and wear properties of the coating were better than that of 45 steel substrate,and the wear forms of the coating were slight abrasive wear and adhesion wear.
