含硅聚氨酯和环氧树脂材料的制备与性能研究

摘  要:设计合成了含硅聚氨酯(SPU)、环氧树脂(SEP),将二者按不同比例共混,制备了SPU/SEP共混物,以此作为舰船防污涂料用基体树脂展开研究。利用红外光谱仪对SPU、SEP的结构进行了表征,研究了SPU/SEP组成比对共混物的动态力学性能、力学性能和表面性能的影响,结果表明试验成功地将有机硅基团引入到聚氨酯、环氧树脂结构中;SPU和SEP的相容性较好,共混后的聚合物玻璃化温度在20~50℃之间,材料硬度较高;SPU/SEP共混后拉伸和剪切强度得到提高。测定了共混物对水和甘油的接触角,并计算出试样的表面能,发现随着SEP加入量的增加,材料的表面能呈现先下降后上升的趋势,当SPU/SEP的质量比为50/50时,聚合物的表面能最低,达到24 mN/m。The organosilicone modified polyurethane(SPU)and epoxy resin(SEP)were designed and synthesized,and the blends of SPU/SEP were prepared by blending in different proportions,which could be used as a base resin for antifouling coatings on ships.The structures of SPU and SEP were characterized by infrared spectrometer,and the effects of SPU/SEP composition ratio on the dynamic mechanical properties,mechanical properties and surface properties of blends were studied.Results showed that the silicon group had been successfully introduced into the structure of polyurethane and epoxy resin.The compatibility of SPU and SEP was good,the glass state temperature(T_(g))of the polymer after blending was between 20~50℃,and the hardness of the material was high.After mixing SPU/SEP,the tensile strength and shear strength were improved.Moreover,the contact angle of the blends to water and glycerin was measured,and its surface energy was further calculated.It could be found that with the increase of SEP addition,the surface energy of the materials showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.When the mass ratio of SPU/SEP was 50/50,the surface energy of the polymer reached the minimum of 24 mN/m.
