摘　　要：莱州统筹"山、海、文、武"四大特色文旅资源,创新构建"1+X"新发展模式,深度推进文旅产业发展。2019年,入选"中国十佳宜居宜业宜游城市";2020年,获得"中国臻选文化旅游目的地"称号,2021年入选"中国文化百佳示范市"。编制完成《莱州市文化旅游产业发展规划》,高标准制作《重点文旅产业项目招商手册》及文旅招商宣传推介专题片。先后对接知名文旅公司,多渠道开展东海文化创意产业园项目招商洽谈;跟踪推进的国欣颐养·莱州黄金海岸康养旅游度假招商项目,将于省旅发大会期间正式签约,朱旺长寿文化旅游度假村首期工程顺利完工并正式投入运营。Laizhou coordinates its four characteristic resources for cultural tourism, namely, mountains, sea, art and martial arts and innovatively creates the "1+X"new development model to deeply advance the development of its cultural tourism industry. In 2019 it was selected among the Top Ten Cities Suitable for Living, Working and Traveling in China;in 2020 it won the honorary title of the Choice Destination for Cultural Tourism in China;in 2021 it was selected among the Top 100 Cultural Demonstration Cities in China.
