摘 要:从心流理论的角度分析影响智能家居产品用户体验的交互因素,寻找创新设计策略。以心流理论中挑战水平与技能水平的关系为讨论依据,以用户的情感体验过程为探究着力点,以智能家居中以"人"为本的交互设计思路,提炼出能激发用户心流体验的智能家居交互设计原则。运用能激发用户愉悦心态的心流原理进行智能家居产品交互设计,让用户、智能产品系统、空间情境紧密联合在一起并趋于和谐,在未来的下沉式市场中为用户带来更好的产品体验和服务。To analyze the interaction factors that influence the user experience of smart home products from the perspective of flow theory and find innovative design strategies. Based on the discussion of the relationship between challenge level and skill level in flow theory,the emotional experience process of users was taken as the focal point of exploration,and the human-oriented interaction design idea in smart home was adopted to extract the interaction design principles of smart home that could stimulate user flow experience. The flow principle that can stimulate users’ pleasure is used to conduct the interaction design of smart home products,so that users,intelligent product systems and spatial situations can be closely combined and become harmonious,and better product experience and services can be brought to users in the future sinking market.
