2015年—2019年北京市海淀区1810例感染性腹泻病原菌检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对2015年—2019年北京市海淀区1810例感染性腹泻便标本检测结果进行分析,了解海淀区食源性病原菌的分布特点,为食源性疾病的预防和控制提供科学依据。方法对2015年—2019年海淀区食源性疾病监测哨点医院送检的腹泻患者粪便标本进行沙门菌、志贺菌、副溶血性弧菌、致泻性大肠埃希菌、弯曲菌和小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌检测。结果在1810份腹泻便标本中检出致病菌427株,检出率为23.6%,其中致泻性大肠埃希菌214株,沙门菌102株,副溶血性弧菌79株,弯曲菌30株,志贺菌和小肠结肠耶尔森菌各1株。EAEC在致泻性大肠埃希菌中占44.9%,肠炎沙门菌在沙门菌中占55.9%。副溶血性弧菌O3∶K6血清型和tdh毒力基因型都是优势菌株。空肠弯曲菌占检出弯曲菌的70%。结论海淀区引起腹泻的致病菌以致泻性大肠埃希菌和沙门菌为主,其次是副溶血性弧菌,同时空肠弯曲菌的感染应该引起重视。Objective To analyze the pathogenic detection results of 1810 cases of infectious diarrhea in Haidian District of Beijing from 2015 to 2019,to understand the distribution characteristics,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases.Methods Stool specimens of diarrhea patients from foodborne disease surveillance sentinel hospitals in Haidian District from 2015 to 2019 were conducted for the detection of Salmonella,Shigella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli,Campylobacter and Yersinia enterocolitica.Results A total of 427 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 1810 stool samples,and the isolation rate was 23.6%,including 214 strains of Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli,102 strains of Salmonella,79 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,30 strains of Campylobacter,1 strain of Shigella and 1 strain of Yersinia enterocolitica.EAEC accounted for 44.9%of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteritidis accounted for 55.9%of Salmonella,and serotype O3∶K6 and tdh virulence genotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were the dominant strains.Campylobacter jejuni accounted for 70%of Campylobacter.Conclusion The main pathogenic bacteria causing diarrhea in Haidian District were diarrheagenic Escherichia coli and Salmonella,followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus,so more attention should be paid to Campylobacter jejuni infection.
