高透低雾载银抗菌薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：本文以载银磷酸锆无机抗菌剂为抗菌成分,结合树脂粘合剂配制功能乳液,采用U V固化方式在透明薄膜上制备抗菌涂层,从而实现抗菌功能薄膜的制备。同时,从树脂溶液的类型、添加比例和抗菌剂的类型、添加量及预分散方式等多方面研究了对抗菌薄膜性能的影响,并进行了工艺优化,获得了较适宜的高透低雾抗菌薄膜的制备工艺:选用双组份树脂溶液UV1300(PLS-E),预混配比为1:1;载银磷酸锆为AG300,添加量为0.3 wt.%,在添加之前,采用高速剪切乳化分散方式进行预分散。经测试,研究者获得透光率89.9%、雾度2.88%、厚度4.7μm、附着力100%的抗菌薄膜和可稳定放置保存达12 h的抗菌乳液。In this paper,functional emulsion were prepared with silver-loaded zirconium phosphate inorganic antibacterial agents and resin adhesive.Then coating and UV solidification,antibacterial coatingswas prepared on transparent films,so as to achieve the preparation of antibacterial functional films.At the same time,the effects of resin type and addition ratio,antibacterial agent type,addition amount and pre-dispersion mode on the properties of antibacterial film were studied.Above all,the process was optimized to obtain a more suitable preparation process of high transmittance and low haze antibacterial film:two-component resin solution uv1300(pls-e)was selected,and the premixed ratio was 1:1;Silver-loaded zirconium phosphate is AG300 with an addition amount of 0.3wt.%.Before addition,it is pre-dispersed by high-speed shear emulsification.The results show that,antibacterial film has performances as follows the transmittance of 89.9%,haze of 2.88%and thickness of 4.7μm,adhesion of 100%and the stable emulsion without precipitate in 12h.
