摘 要:钢/铝异种焊接因钢和铝物理和化学性能存在的差异,一直困扰着钢/铝焊接的进步和推广,但是随着科学技术的发展,单一构造的材料已经满足不了当下社会对于材料强度高、质量轻等优良性能的要求,所以对于钢/铝异种焊接的研究迫在眉睫。如何攻克钢/铝焊接出现的问题,目前钢/铝异种焊接需要研究的主要对象为充分利用铝合金质量轻、强度高的优良性能。而现阶段可以通过两种方式改变焊缝的性能,一种是通过改变焊接工艺参数和选用合适的焊接方法,通过该种方法可以显著改善焊接质量;另一种则是通过添加微量金属元素改变合金的化学成分和晶体结构以提高焊接接头的性能,从而提升焊接质量,即采用焊缝金属焊缝合金化技术在一定程度上提高焊接质量,达到理想的效果。本文综述了钢/铝合金焊接接头在激光摆动焊和冷金属过渡焊领域的性能研究,对于钢/铝异种焊接存在的问题和今后的发展前景进行分析和展望。Because of the difference of physical and chemical properties between steel and aluminum,the progress and popularization of steel/aluminum welding has been troubled.However,with the progress of science and technology,the single structure of the material has not satisfied the current society for high strength,light quality and other excellent properties,so for steel/aluminum dissimilar welding research is urgent.How to overcome the problems of steel/aluminum welding.At present,the welding between steel and aluminum The main object which needs to be studied is to make full use of the good properties of aluminum self-alloys with light quality and high strength.At present,there are two ways to change the performance of the expected seam.One is to change welders'technical parameters and select a suitable welding method,through which the welding mass can be significantly improved.The other is to improve the properties of welded joints by adding trace metals to change the chemical composition and crystal structure of alloys.Thus improving the welding quality,that is,adopting the technology of welding seam alloying to improve welding quality to a certain extent,to achieve ideal results.This paper reviews the research on the properties of steel/aluminum alloy welded joints in the field laser swing welding and cold metal transition welding.The problems of steel/aluminum dissimilar welding and its future development are analyzed and discussed.
