银丹解毒颗粒对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者消化道症状的影响

摘　　要：目的观察银丹解毒颗粒对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者消化道症状的改善作用。方法选取2020-06-09—2020-07-23首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院收治的具有明显消化道症状(纳差、腹胀、腹泻)的COVID-19患者99例,设联合银丹解毒颗粒治疗者60例为银丹解毒颗粒组,仅常规治疗者39例为对照组,收集分析患者基线资料,并采用1∶1的倾向性得分匹配(PSM)方法对2组患者的基线资料进行对比分析,比较2组消化道症状消失时间,比较2组治疗前及治疗3、5、7 d消化道症状总积分变化情况。结果PSM处理后2组各入选24例,基线资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后银丹解毒颗粒组消化症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3、5、7 d消化道症状总积分均明显低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论银丹解毒颗粒对COVID-19患者消化道症状具有确切疗效,可缩短患者消化道症状消失时间,改善纳差、腹胀、腹泻的临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the improving effect of YindanJiedu Granules for patients with coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19)of digestive tract symptoms(DTS).Methods Totally 99 COVID-19 patients with DTS(poor appetite,abdominal distension and diarrhea)admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital from June 09,2020 to July 23,2020 were selected,and divided into YindanJiedu Granules group(n=60,given conventional therapy combined with YindanJiedu Granules),and control group(n=39,given conventional therapy),propensity score matching(PSM)was used to analyze the collected baseline data of patients at a ratio of 1:1,the key observation was disappearance time of DTS,scoreof 3-,5-,7-day DTS between groups.Results After intervention of PSM,totally 24 cases were selected in each groups,and without statistically significant difference in baseline data(P>0.05);disappearance time of DTS in YindanJiedu Granules group was significantly shorter in comparison with that in control group(P<0.05),the score 3-,5-,7-day DTS was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion For COVID-19 patients with DTS,YindanJiedu Granules has definite curative effect,can shorten the recovery time of DTS,improve DTS of poor appetite,abdominal distension and diarrhea,and improve the quality of life.
