眼针带针康复疗法治疗卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察眼针带针康复疗法治疗卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将96例卒中后平衡功能障碍患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组48例予常规针刺联合康复训练治疗,治疗组48例予眼针带针康复疗法治疗。2组均治疗4周,比较2组治疗前后平衡功能障碍恢复情况,采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表(FM-B)及Tinetti平衡与步态量表(Tinetti POMA)评分评价,比较2组治疗前后生活能力和生活质量变化情况,采用日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评价,分析2组治疗前后BBS评分差值分别与ADL评分差值、SS-QOL评分差值的相关性。结果2组治疗后BBS评分、FM-B评分、Tinetti POMA评分与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分治疗前后差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后ADL评分及SS-QOL评分与本组治疗前比较均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分治疗前后差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后BBS评分差值与ADL评分差值、SSQOL评分差值均具有正相关性,说明随着平衡功能的改善,患者生活能力及生活质量也随之提高。结论眼针带针康复疗法治疗卒中后平衡功能障碍疗效确切,可明显促进患者平衡功能恢复,进而提高日常生活能力,改善生活质量,对卒中后平衡功能障碍的治疗具有重要临床意义。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of eye-acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy for balance dysfunction(BD)after stroke.Methods A total of 96 patients with BD after stroke were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in control group were given regular acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy,and 48 in treatment group were given eye-acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy.Treated four weeks,the questionnaires such as Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-meyer Balance(FM-B)scale,and TinettiPerfonnance Oriented Mobility Assessment(Tinetti POMA)scale were using to evaluate the recovery of balance dysfunction;the questionnaire such as activity of daily living(ADL)scale,and stroke-specific quality of life(SS-QOL)scale were using to evaluate the changes of living ability and quality-of-life;the correlation of BBS,ADL and SS-QOL was compared before and after treatment between groups.Results Compared with before treatment,BBS score,FM-B score,and Tinetti POMA score were higher in groups after treatment(P<0.05),which in treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05);ADL score and SS-QOL score were higher in groups(P<0.05),which in treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the result of the correlation showed that BBS was positively correlated with ADL and SS-QOL,living ability and quality-of-life will be better with the improvement of balance function.Conclusion For patients with BD after stroke,eye-acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy has a definite curative effect,can obviously promote the recovery of balance function,improve ability of daily life and quality-of-life,and has important clinical significance.
