摘 要:本实验旨在分析施用苦豆子生物碱组分苦参碱对番茄植株根际土壤微生态的影响。通过温室盆栽实验和根际土壤微生物多样性测序,明确苦豆子生物碱对番茄植株生理指标和根际微生态的影响。结果表明,番茄植株经过苦参碱0.0625 mg/mL、0.1250 mg/mL和0.2500 mg/mL浓度溶液灌根处理后,花期叶片叶绿素含量提高38.48%,成熟期叶片叶绿素含量提高78.60%;盆栽实验结果表明,施用苦参碱后番茄植株根际土壤理化性质、酶活性和微生物群落结构均发生变化,且有部分相对丰度显著上升的微生物与叶片叶绿素含量成正相关。The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of matrine,an alkaloid component of Sophora alopecuroides,on the rhizo⁃sphere soil microecology of tomato plants.The effects of Sophora alopecuroides alkaloids on physiological indexes and rhizosphere micro⁃ecology of tomato were studied by greenhouse pot experiment and rhizosphere soil microbial diversity sequencing.The results showed that after root irrigation with matrine 0.0625 mg/mL,0.1250 mg/mL and 0.2500 mg/mL,the chlorophyll content of tomato leaves in⁃creased by 38.48%at flowering stage and 78.60%at maturity stage;The results of pot experiment showed that the physicochemical prop⁃erties,enzyme activities and microbial community structure of tomato rhizosphere soil changed after the application of matrine,and some microorganisms with significantly increased relative abundance were positively correlated with chlorophyll content in leaves.
