摘 要:为探索基于电学特性的库尔勒香梨果实重量检测的可行性,推进库尔勒香梨品质无损检测的技术集成,本试验以库尔勒香梨为研究对象,分析重量与各电学参数之间相关性大小,探究电学参数随果实重量变化的规律,确定库尔勒香梨电学参数与果实重量的关系。结果表明:并联等效电容(Cp)、品质因数(Q)、并联等效电阻(Rp)、复阻抗(Z)、复阻抗相角(θ)、电抗(X)6个电学参数相关性较高,呈现显著相关性水平(P<0.01);随库尔勒香梨果实重量的增加,电学参数Cp、X和θ逐渐增大,电学参数Rp、Z和Q逐渐减小;所选电学参数与果实重量符合线性关系,其中并联等效电容的拟合方程最优,R2=0.9178,拟合方程为y=0.15x-8.09,应用并联等效电容检测库尔勒香梨果实重量具有可行性。该研究结果可为库尔勒香梨采后快速分级和品质无损检测设备的研制提供参考依据,同时为水果产业的品质分级提供理论指导。In order to explore the feasibility of measuring the weight of Korla pear based on electrical characteristics,the technology integration of nondestructive testing of Korla pear quality was promoted,this paper took Korla pear as the research object,analyzed the correlation between the weight and the electrical parameters,explored the change rule of electrical parameters with fruit weight,and de⁃termined the relationship between the electrical parameters and fruit weight of Korla pear.The results show that the parallel equivalent capacitance(Cp),quality factor(Q),parallel equivalent resistance(Rp),complex impedance(Z),complex impedance phase Angle(θ)and reactance(X)have a high correlation level(P<0.01).With the increase of fruit weight,the electrical parameters Cp,X andθincreased gradually,while the electrical parameters Rp,Z and Q decreased gradually.There was a linear relationship between electrical parame⁃ters and fruit weight,in which the equation of parallel equivalent capacitance fitted best,R2=0.9178,the fitting equation was y=0.15x-8.09,it was feasible to use parallel equivalent capacitance to detect the fruit weight of Korla pear.The research can provide reference for the development of postharvest rapid grading and quality nondestructive testing equipment of Korla pear,and also provide theoreti⁃cal guidance for the quality grading of fruit industry.
