摘  要:核桃壳仁混合物空气动力特性是实现核桃破壳后壳仁分离的重要理论基础,为了提高核桃破壳后壳仁分离效果,降低核仁损失率和含杂率,研制了一种核桃壳仁混合物悬浮速度测定试验台,并对‘温185’核桃破壳后壳仁混合物进行了悬浮速度试验。研究表明:1/2仁、1/4仁、1/8仁和1/2壳、1/4壳、1/8壳以及分心木的悬浮速分别为18.1~19.3 m/s、16.1~18.9 m/s、14.6~16.9 m/s、12.4~15.0 m/s、8.7~11.0 m/s、7.7~10.2 m/s、3.3~3.9 m/s,核桃壳、仁主要组分之间悬浮速度差异较大,利用气流清选可有效实现破壳后核桃壳仁混合物的分离,可为新疆核桃壳仁分离装备的研制提供重要的理论参考。The aerodynamic characteristics is an important theory basis for the separation of the walnut shell and kernel,in order to improve the effect of walnut shell and kernel separation after hatching,reduce the walnut kernel loss rate and impurity rate,a test-bed for measuring the suspension velocity was developed to measure the suspension velocities of mixture of‘Wen 185’walnut shell and ker⁃nel.The results showed that the suspension velocities of 1/2 kernel,1/4 kernel,1/8 kernel and 1/2 shell,1/4 shell,1/8shell and the dis⁃tracted woods were 18.1-19.3 m/s,16.1-18.9 m/s,14.6-16.9 m/s,12.4-15.0 m/s,8.7-11.0 m/s,7.7-10.2 m/s,and 3.3-3.9 m/s.The suspension velocities of main component of walnut kernel and shell were obviously different,and the air flow cleaning method was effec⁃tive for the separation of the mixture of walnut kernel and shell,thus the test conclusion has a great significance for the development of separation equipment for walnut shell kernel in Xinjiang.
