摘 要:激光技术的广泛应用极大提高了泌尿外科腔内碎石的手术效率,而其术后出现的输尿管狭窄是一种非常危险的并发症,一旦发生便难以处理。目前认为术中机械损伤和热损伤是其主要成因,尤其是激光热损伤,近年来引起了学者们的重点关注。本文就激光腔内碎石术后并发输尿管狭窄的发生机制、危险因素及预防策略的研究进展作一综述。The wide application of laser technology has greatly improved the efficiency of lithotripsy in urology.However,postoperative ureteral stricture is a very dangerous complication which is difficult to deal with once it occurs.Currently,it is believed that mechanical damage and thermal damage are the main causes,especially laser thermal damage,which has attracted the attention of scholars in recent years.In this paper,the pathogenesis,risk factors and prevention strategies of ureteral stricture after laser lithotripsy are reviewed.
