摘　　要：目的探讨CT阴茎海绵体造影及三维重建成像技术评价静脉性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者采用红景Ⅰ号方联合他达拉非的治疗效果。方法前瞻性纳入2018年9月至2020年10月浙江中医药大学附属第二医院诊治的80例男性轻中度ED患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各40例。A组单纯用他达拉非治疗,B组用红景Ⅰ号方联合他达拉非治疗。比较两组疲软时的阴茎长度、阴茎周径、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分、阴茎勃起硬度、患者及其性伴侣满意度,并行CT阴茎海绵体造影结合三维重建成像技术,比较治疗前后阴茎海绵体静脉漏的类型及静脉漏改善情况。结果80例男性轻中度ED患者中,轻度ED13例,中轻度ED40例,中度ED27例;36例(45.45%)单独显示阴茎背深静脉漏,5例(6.25%)单独显示阴茎背浅静脉漏,17例(21.25%)单独显示阴茎脚静脉漏,22例(27.50%)显示为混合性静脉漏;其中6例膀胱内出现造影剂。治疗后,两组阴茎长度、阴茎周径、阴茎勃起硬度较治疗前显著改善,IIEF-5评分较治疗前提高,患者及其性伴侣满意度较治疗前显著提高,阴茎静脉漏较治疗前显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组临床评价指标改善情况优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组7例轻度ED的静脉漏完全消失,B组23例(轻度ED16例,轻中度ED7例)静脉漏完全消失,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单用他达拉非与红景Ⅰ号方联合他达拉非治疗轻中度ED可有效改善患者的临床评价指标,且红景Ⅰ号方联合他达拉非治疗异常静脉漏的临床效果更为显著。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Hongjing No.1 prescription combined with Tadalafil in patients with venous erectile dysfunction(ED)by CT corpus cavernosum angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging.Methods 80 male patients with mild to moderate ED treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from September 2018 to October 2020 were prospectively enrolled.The patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Tadalafil alone,and group B was treated with Hongjing No.1 combined with Tadalafil.Penile length,penile circumference,international erectile function index(IIEF-5)score,penile erection hardness and satisfaction of patients and their sexual partners were compared between the two groups.CT corpus cavernosum and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging were used to reveal the types and improvement of cavernous venous leakage before and after treatment.Results Among the 80 male patients with mild to moderate ED,13 were mild ED,40 were mild to moderate ED,and 27 were moderate ED.There were 36 cases(45.45%)of deep dorsal venous leakage,5 cases(6.25%)of superficial dorsal venous leakage,17 cases(21.25%)of ventral venous leakage,and 22 cases(27.50%)of mixed venous leakage,among them,6 cases showed contrast agent in bladder.After treatment,penile length,penile circumference and penile erection hardness in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,IIEF-5 score was improved,satisfaction of patients and their sexual partners was significantly improved,penile venous leakage was significantly improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of clinical evaluation indexes in group B was better than that in group A(P<0.05).In group A,7 cases with mild ED completely disappeared,and in group B,23 cases(16 cases with mild ED,7 cases with mild to moderate ED)completely disappeared,the differe
