摘　　要：目的建立一套性医学专科护士培训课程体系,为性医学专科护士培训提供参考。方法通过文献检索、查阅资料、头脑风暴、专家访谈初步构建课程指标体系,采用Delphi专家函询法对20名专家进行函询,经统计学处理,根据指标的重要性赋值和变异系数筛选指标,最终确定课程体系。结果经过两轮专家函询,最终形成了性医学专科护士培训课程体系,包括一级指标4项,二级指标16项,三级指标61项。问卷回收率为100.00%,专家权威系数为0.898,肯德尔系数分别为0.196、0.219。结论构建的课程体系注重性医学专科护士医学理论和专业技能的培养,且专家的积极性、权威性高,意见协调程度好,说明该课程体系对即将开展的性医学专科护士培训有很好的借鉴作用。Objective To establish a training curriculum system for specialized nurses in sexual medicine,and provide reference for the training of sexual medicine specialist nurses.Methods Through literature retrieval,data access,brainstorming and expert interview,the curriculum index system was preliminarily constructed.20 experts were consulted by Delphi expert correspondence consultation method.After statistical processing,the curriculum system was finally determined according to the importance assignment and coefficient of variation of indicators.Results After two rounds of expert correspondence consultation,a training course system for sexual medicine specialist nurses was finally formed,including 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 61 third-level indicators.The questionnaire recovery rate was 100.00%,expert authority coefficient was 0.898,Kendall coefficient was 0.196 and 0.219,respectively.Conclusions The curriculum system pays attention to the cultivation of medical theory and professional skills of specialized nurses in sexual medicine,and the experts have high enthusiasm,authority and good coordination of opinions,indicating that the curriculum system has a good reference for the upcoming training of specialized nurses in sexual medicine.
