PHENIXUSB4神经肌肉刺激治疗仪与补中益气丸治疗中老年女性压力性尿失禁的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较PHENIXUSB4神经肌肉刺激治疗仪与补中益气丸治疗中老年女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月至2020年6月安徽医科大学附属安庆第一人民医院诊治的120例中老年女性SUI患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组采用补中益气丸治疗,观察组采用PHENIXUSB4神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果,以及治疗前后盆底肌力、1h尿垫试验(1HPTV)指标及尿失禁生活质量量表(I-QOL)评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组盆底肌力水平、I-QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组1HPTV水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PHENIXUSB4神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗中老年女性SUI患者,其疗效优于补中益气丸,有利于改善患者盆底肌功能,提高生活质量,且安全性高。Objective To compare clinical curative effect of PHENIX USB4 neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic apparatus and Buzhong Yiqi pills on middle-aged and elderly women with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods A total of 120 middle-aged and elderly SUI women treated in the Anqing First People′s Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from November 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled and divided into observation and control groups by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills,while observation group were treated with PHENIX USB4 neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic apparatus.The clinical curative effect after treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength,1 HPTV level and scores of incontinence quality of life(I-QOL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate was higher in observation group than control group(93.33%vs.80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength and I-QOL scores in both groups were increased,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,1 HPTV level in both groups was decreased,which was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of PHENIX USB4 neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic apparatus is better than that of Buzhong Yiqi pills on middle-aged and elderly women with SUI.
