摘　　要：目的调查接受抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)的人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的社会支持现状及其相关影响因素,为提高其社会支持提供参考依据。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月在义乌市中心医院接受ART的202例HIV/AIDS患者作为研究对象。调查患者一般情况和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分,并分析其社会支持的相关影响因素。结果202例接受ART的HIV/AIDS患者平均SSRS得分为(27.02±7.67)分,低于国内常模数据(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、居住情况、居住地、月收入,以及是否参加AIDS健康教育活动、是否知晓AIDS免费自愿监测、是否告知他人疾病情况的HIV/AIDS患者的SSRS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、性别、居住情况、月收入和是否参加AIDS健康教育活动是接受ART的HIV/AIDS患者社会支持的重要影响因素。结论202例接受ART的HIV/AIDS患者的社会支持度偏低,影响因素包括年龄、性别、居住情况、月收入和是否参加AIDS健康教育活动等。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of social support in patients with human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)undergoing antiretroviral therapy(ART),so as to provide reference for improving social support.Methods 202 HIV/AIDS patients who received ART in Yiwu Central Hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients'general situation and social support rating scale(SSRS)score were investigated,and the related influencing factors of social support were analyzed.Results The average score of SSRS in HIV/AIDS patients were(27.02±7.67)points,lower than domestic norm(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SSRS scores among HIV/AIDS patients with different gender,age,education level,living condition,places of residence,monthly economic income,participation in AIDS health education activities,awareness about free voluntary monitoring of AIDS and informing others about the disease status(P<0.05).Age,gender,living condition,monthly economic income and participation in AIDS health education activities were important influencing factors of social support.Conclusions The social support is poor in the 202 HIV/AIDS patients undergoing ART.Influencing factors include age,gender,living condition,monthly economic income and participation in AIDS health education activities.
