报警静音功能对呼吸机误报警率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究报警静音功能对降低呼吸机误报警率的效果。方法选择本院重症医学科2018年7月—12月需行呼吸机机械通气治疗的肺部感染患者76例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组进行常规呼吸监护,观察组在常规呼吸监护的基础上使用呼吸机报警静音功能,分析比较两组患者呼吸机报警次数和误报警率。结果观察组中由患者、管道、呼吸机和操作四个相关因素引起的报警数次均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组呼吸机误报警率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论使用报警静音功能可以减少呼吸机的报警次数和误报警率,且不会对患者产生不利影响,有利于提高护士对呼吸机报警的敏感性,保证患者的治疗安全。Objective To observe the effect of alarm silence on reducing the rate of false alarms of ventilator.Methods 76 patients in ICU were randomly divided into control group and experiment group.All the patients with mechanical ventilation were accepted regular respiratory care while alarm silence were used before manipulation or alarm display in the experiment group.The rate of ventilator alarms and false alarms were analyzed.Results The rate of false alarms and total ventilator alarms in the experiment group caused by patient,pipeline,ventilator,manipulation were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Alarm silence could reduce the rate of false alarms and total ventilator alarms,and no negative effects were observed.It is helpful to increase the sensitivity of nurses to the alarms and thus ensure the curative safety for the patients.
