摘　　要：目的探讨PDSA质量改进模式对NICU早产儿尿布皮炎的影响。方法收集2018年1月至6月NICU早产儿(non-quality improvement group,NQI组)及实施质量改进措施后2018年7月至12月NICU早产儿(quality improvement group,QI组)的资料,将两组患儿住院期间尿布皮炎的发生率、严重程度、持续时间、转归等情况进行比较。结果按照PDSA模式实施质量改进后,NICU早产儿尿布皮炎的发生率及持续时间均明显降低(P<0.01)。与NQI组相比,QI组患儿尿布皮炎的严重程度及转归情况均显著改善(P<0.01)。结论PDSA质量改进模式能够降低NICU早产儿尿布皮炎的发生率及持续时间,有助于改善NICU早产儿尿布皮炎的严重程度及转归情况,进而改善NICU早产儿的皮肤状况。Objective To assess the effect of PDSA quality improvement model on Diaper Dermatitis of Preterm Infants in NICU.Methods Analysis was performed for the clinical data of preterm infants in NICU who were admitted from January to June 2018(non-quality improvement group,NQI group)and those who were admitted from July to December 2018 after the implementation of quality improvement measures(quality improvement group,QI group).The parameters including the rate,duration,severity and outcome of diaper dermatitis.Results Compared with the NQI group,the rate and duration of diaper dermatitis were significantly decreased in QI group(P<0.01),while the severity and outcome of diaper dermatitis were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The PDSA quality improvement model can decrease the rate and duration of diaper dermatitis and improve the severity and outcome of diaper dermatitis in preterm infants in NICU.
