摘　　要：产地加工是影响黄芪质量的一个重要环节,近年来,对于黄芪化学成分、药理作用以及炮制方法研究较为深入,但有关于黄芪产地加工工艺研究尚有所欠缺。文章从黄芪净制、发汗、揉搓、切制、干燥5个方面对黄芪产地加工进行论述,总结黄芪产地加工的方法,讨论黄芪产地加工的不足之处及下一步的研究方向,以期为黄芪产地加工规范化研究提供理论依据。Producing area processing is an important link affecting the quality of Astragali Radix.In recent years,there are many studies on the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and processing methods of Astragali Radix,but there arefew studies on the processing technology of Astragali Radix.This paper summarized the producing area processing of Astragali Radix from five aspects:cleaning,sweating,kneading,cutting and drying,summarized the methods of producing area processing of Astragali Radix,and discussed the shortcomings of producing area processing of Astragali Radix and the next research direction,in order to provide a basis for the standardization of producing area processing of Astragali Radix.
