摘  要:传统温疫学派学术思想驳杂而有失系统化。文章通过挖掘吴又可、戴天章、刘松峰、杨栗山、余师愚等温疫大家临证对辨症、证、病、舌、体质、病因论治的应用,从辨症论治急治标、辨证论治重病位、辨病论治鉴寒温、辨舌论治知应下、辨体论治明常变、审因论治捣病源6个方面,论述总结温疫学派代表医家的多元辨治思维,尝试探讨并建立“症-证-病-舌-体-因”一体化的温疫综合辨治模式,以期为中医临床辨治温疫提供一定的借鉴意义。The academic thought of the traditional epidemic school is complex and not systematic.By mining the application of the clinical symptoms of WU You-ke,DAI Tian-zhang,LIU Song-feng,YANG Li-shan,YU Shi-yu to the differentiation and treatment of symptoms,syndrome types,diseases,tongue manifestation,constitution and cause of disease,from the six aspects of treating urgent symptoms based on symptom differentiation and treatment,paying attention to disease location based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,distinguishing cold damage from epidemic based on disease differentiation and treatment,judging the indications of purgation based on tongue differentiation and treatment,clarifying disease progression and transmission based on constitution differentiation and treatment,emphasizing the elimination of pathogenic factors based on disease cause identification and treatment,this paper discusses and summarizes the diversified thinking of the medical experts of epidemic school,and attempts to explore and establish a comprehensive differentiation and treatment model of pestilence with the integration of‘symptom-syndrome-disease-tongue-constitution-cause’.It is expected to provide some reference for traditional Chinese medicine clinical differentiation and treatment of pestilence.
