基于浊毒理论探讨国医大师李佃贵治疗幽门螺杆菌思路

摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌及胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤的发生、发展密切相关。Hp根除对多数患者是获益的,然而Hp的根除率有限,有效治疗Hp面临着挑战。国医大师李佃贵教授根据多年临床经验独创“浊毒理论”,认为Hp与浊毒关系密切,应用化浊解毒法治疗Hp,在提高治疗效果方面有其独特优势。文章基于浊毒理论认识Hp病因病机、致病特点以及临床表现,并介绍通过应用化浊解毒法治疗Hp可提高其根除率、改善Hp感染者临床症状、有效保护胃黏膜的理论依据,从而为临床治疗提供新思路。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,gastric cancer and gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)lymphoma.Hp eradication is beneficial to most patients,but the eradication rate of Hp is limited,so effective treatment of Hp is facing challenges.Professor LI Dian-gui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,created the‘turbid toxin theory’based on many years of clinical experience,and considered that there is a close relationship between Hp and turbid toxin.The application of turbid detoxification in the treatment of Hp has its unique advantages in improving the therapeutic effect.Based on the turbid toxin theory,this paper understands the etiology,pathogenesis,pathogenic characteristics and clinical manifestations of Hp,and introduces the theoretical basis that the application of turbid detoxification in the treatment of Hp can improve the eradication rate,improve the clinical symptoms of Hp infection and effectively protect gastric mucosa,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
