国医大师葛琳仪论脾胃病病机演变特点及其临证经验

摘　　要：国医大师葛琳仪教授治疗脾胃病时法宗《黄帝内经》“百病生于气”,以“精气(阴阳学说)”为基础,参《丹溪心法》“气有余便是火”,指出脾胃病中精气互根互用及对立制约的关系,阐明脾胃病本虚标实的病机演变特点,具体诊治思路归纳为3点:①注重调畅气机,形神共治;②正本清源、补虚泻实,立清疏、清化、清利、清养治法;③根据具体病情辨体虚实,灵活施治,集辨体、辨病、辨证三位一体。TCM master GE Lin-yi’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases complies with the clauses in Huangdi Neijing‘all diseases are born in qi’.Based on the‘essence and qi(yin and yang)’theories,while referring to‘excess qi is fire’in Danxi Xinfa,professor GE points out the relationship between the reciprocal use of essence and qi and the contradictory restriction in spleen and stomach diseases,clarifying its pathogenesis evolution.Professor GE’s clinical experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases can be classified as the following three points:①Paying attention to regulating qi and governing body and spirit;②Purifying the source,reinforcing the deficiency,reducing the excess,and establishing the methods of qingshu,qinghua,qingli,qingyang;③According to the specific condition,we should combined differentiate body,differentiate disease and differentiate syndrome,and treat it flexibly.
