摘　　要：李士懋教授在多年的临床中不断继承和创新,形成了个人的诊疗体系,许多诊疗经验受到了同行的肯定和学习。李士懋教授在临床中常用全蝎、蜈蚣、僵蚕、蝉蜕、地龙、土鳖虫、水蛭等虫类药,在治疗高血压病、脑出血后遗症、冠心病、关节炎等疾病中取得良好的疗效。文章旨在介绍李士懋教授应用虫类药物的经验,以飨读者。Professor LI Shi-mao has been inheriting and innovating in clinical practice for many years,forming a personal diagnosis and treatment system,and many diagnosis and treatment experiences have been affirmed and learned by doctors.Professor LI Shi-mao often used scorpion,centipede,silkworm,cicada slough,earthworm,woodlouse bug,leech and other insect drugs in clinical practice.It has achieved good results in treating hypertension,sequela of cerebral hemorrhage,coronary heart disease,arthritis and other diseases.This paper aims to introduce professor LI Shi-mao’s experience in applying insect drugs.
