杜元灏论针灸治病的本质及规律

摘　　要：浅谈杜元灏教授从针灸治病的角度对经络概念的解析,明确经络本质;提出针灸治病的本质是对机体功能自我调节状态的启动、促进和调整,而非外源性物质成分的给予、补充和干预;将针灸治病的特点归纳为无毒安全、效应快捷、适应证广、效能有限四点;根据诊疗思路和治疗原则不同,将针灸治疗的疾病分为躯体病和内脏病两大类,指出躯体病治疗以经典经络系统为指导原则,而内脏病的治疗则要按照多元思辨体系作为指导原则,这样有助于掌握针灸诊疗规律,提高临床疗效。Preliminary exploration of DU Yuan-hao’s analysis of the concept of meridian and the essence of meridian.He points out that the essence of acupuncture treatment is the initiation,promotion and adjustment of self-regulation of body function,rather than the giving,supplement and intervention of exogenous substances.He summarizes the characteristics of acupuncture treatment as follows:safety,quick effect,wide indications and limited efficacy.And then,according to the different principles of treatment,the diseases treated by acupuncture and moxibustion are divided into somatopathy and splanchnopathy.He points out that the treatment of somatopathy should be guided by the classical meridian system,while the treatment of splanchnopathy should be guided by the multiple critical system,which is helpful to master the rules of acupuncture and treatment and improve the clinical efficacy.
