再谈李发枝艾滋病诊疗特色

摘　　要：国家第四批名老中医李发枝教授践行方证辨证近60年,从2002年开始诊治艾滋病,以其睿智之识,精湛之术,独辟新境,使患者获益匪浅。笔者曾在《中华中医药杂志》发表过《李发枝教授艾滋病诊疗特色探析》。然日积月累,笔者跟师所学、所见、所悟有新,因此,再次整理李教授经验。文章从辨病与辨证相结合,以人为本察细微,调理脾胃顾正气,切中病机尚经方4个方面总结李发枝教授艾滋病临床诊疗特色,对指导艾滋病临床实践具有重要意义。Professor LI Fa-zhi is one of the fourth batch of famous veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China.Practicing syndrome differentiation for nearly 60 years.He began to diagnose and treat AIDS in 2002,with his sagacity knowledge,superb skill,alone create new territory,make the patients benefit a lot.The author published an article entitled‘Analysis of professor LI Fa-zhi’s diagnosis and treatment characteristic about HIV/AIDS’in China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy.However,from month to month,authors followed the teacher,what my learned,saw and realized are new,therefore,the teacher’s experience is sorted out again.The paper summarizes four aspects as treating AIDS features,including combining differentiating diseases and syndromes,paying more attention to patients,regulating spleen and stomach healthy qi,and focusing on pathogenesis and classical prescriptions,which provides key significances to clinical practices,and promotes objectively inheriting experiences of famous master of TCM.
