高体三从“三阴理论”论治瘾疹临床经验

摘　　要：瘾疹为临床常见的一种过敏性皮肤病,临床药物治疗效果欠佳且易复发,而中医药治疗此病具有独特优势。全国名老中医高体三教授运用其创立的“三阴理论”和“水暖土和木达”的学术思想治疗瘾疹疗效卓著。高老认为瘾疹的主要病理变化为肝木郁滞、脾失健运、肾阳虚衰,肝脾肾三脏功能失调所致,临证采用疏木达郁、健运中州、助阳化湿为治疗大法,从而达到“水暖土和木达”的正常生理状态,以愈顽疾。Urticaria is a kind of common clinical allergic skin diseases,the clinical drug treatment effect is poor and easy to relapse,but traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has a unique advantage.Professor GAO Ti-san,national famous Chinese doctors,has an outstanding curative effect in treating the urticaria with his theoretical system of‘three yin theory’and his academic thought of‘Shuinuan,tuhe and muda’.Professor GAO thinks that the main pathological changes of the disorder were stagnation of liver and wood,loss of spleen and transportation,deficiency of kidney yang and failure,and dysfunction of liver,spleen and kidney.In clinical practice,the treatment method was soothing liver,invigorating spleen,and warming yang and draining dampness to achieve the normal physiological state of warming kidney-water,harmony between spleen and stomach and smoothing liver qi,so as to heal the disease.
