董幼祺运用七味白术散治疗婴幼儿泄泻临床经验

摘　　要：七味白术散出自《小儿药证直诀》,是儿科临床经典之方,也是健脾运津之良方,具有健脾益气、和胃生津的作用。董幼祺教授擅于运用此方治疗婴幼儿脾气阴虚型泄泻,在治疗此病上有独特的见解,在临床上针对不同的病因病机所表现出来的主症、兼症和并症进行灵活变通,并进行复合组方或加减药物治疗,疗效十分显著。文章附临床验案3则以飨同道。Qiwei Baizhu Powder derives from Key to the Therapeutics of Pediatric Diseases,which is a classical clinical prescription for invigorating spleen and transporting body fluid,with the function of strengthening spleen and tonifying qi,as well as regulating stomach and promoting the production of body fluid.Professor DONG You-qi is good at treating infantile diarrhea in spleen-yin deficiency syndrome with this prescription.He has his own unique insight into treating this disease.With flexible clinical handling of main,concurrent symptoms and complications based on different pathogeneses,professor DONG has achieved salient curative effects by adopting composite prescriptions and modified drug therapies.Attached to this article are three typical clinical cases for sharing.
