吴门医派疫病证治学术思想探析

摘　　要：吴门医派是一个在中国医学史上占有独特地位的地方性医学流派,以“吴地多名医,吴医多著述,温病倡自吴”闻名于世。其中,以疫病证治理论为核心的温病学说的创立,是吴门医派对于中医学理论的巨大贡献。吴门医派疫病理论诞生于明末清初,经历代医家不断补充发展,在病因、病机、诊断、治法、预防等方面形成了一套完备的理论体系,其学术思想对于中医疫病理论具有广泛而深刻的影响。As a local medical school that occupies a unique position in Chinese medical history,WUs’medical school is world-famous for prestigious doctors,a mass of medical literature and promotion for theory of epidemic febrile disease.Among all tremendous devotions it has made to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the foundation of theory of epidemic febrile disease ranks ahead,which takes treatment based on syndrome differentiation to pestilence as the core.Established in late Ming and early Qing dynasties,the theory of epidemic disease belonging to WUs’medical school tends to complete gradually in etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment,prevention and other aspects with continuous complement from medical experts of all dynasties,which has a broad and profound impact on the theory of TCM epidemic disease.
