摘　　要：肿瘤微环境(TME)在胰腺癌的发生发展中起着重要作用,了解胰腺肿瘤与微环境的关系,对其诊治及预后有深远意义。中医药已在胰腺癌发展的各个阶段发挥了积极的治疗作用。因此可从TME角度探寻多学科结合治疗胰腺癌的新思路。文章主要综述了目前多种胰腺癌的治疗措施与TME的联系及其面临的问题,并提出中医治疗胰腺癌的进展与思考。Tumor microenvironment(TME)plays an important role in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer(PC).Understanding the relationship between PC and the microenvironment has profound implications for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played an active role in all stages of PC development.Therefore,we can explore new ideas for multidisciplinary treatment of PC from the perspective of TME.This study mainly summarized the various treatment measures and the problems for PC,and advanced the progress of TCM in the treatment of PC.
