摘　　要：地图舌作为一种多发于儿童的舌部病变,中西医分别从自身的理论出发,在病因、诊断及治疗等方面均有较为深入的探讨。文章从近年来关于该病的中西医研究出发,对涉及地图舌的文献进行梳理,总结了当前研究中归纳的中医辨证分型,整理了现代医学中地图舌发病的病因及治疗干预措施,分析了当前地图舌客观化的现状,力求为该病舌象标准的制定提供参考。Geographical tongue is a kind of tongue disease which often occurs in children.Chinese and Western medicine have discussed the etiology,diagnosis and treatment from their own theory.Based on the research of Chinese and Western medicine on the disease in recent years,this paper sorted out the literature related to geographical tongue,summarized the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,sorted out the etiology and treatment interventions of geographical tongue in modern medicine and analyzed the current situation of the objectification,in order to provide reference for the formulation of tongue image standard of the disease.
