摘 要:经穴较非穴有更显著的治疗作用,并且具有相对特异的功能主治。经穴特异性是针灸理论与临床组方选穴的基本前提和依据,但现代研究对此提出的质疑成为关注的焦点。脑功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术的飞速发展为证明经穴特异性提供了直观简捷的途径。文章从单一经穴、经穴与非穴、同经腧穴、不同刺激手段等角度探讨经穴特异性在fMRI上的不同表现,论述经穴特异性在调整脑区功能活动上的差异,以期为经穴特异性研究提供科学依据,并促进其推广与应用。It is believed that acupuncture points have more significant therapeutic and relatively specific effects than non-acupuncture points.The specificity of acupoints is the preconditions and basis for the selection of acupuncture points,but it is questioned by modern research,which has become the focus of research.In recent years,with the development of brain functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology,it is intuitive and simple to observe and prove the specificity of acupoints.In this paper,the different manifestations of acupoint specificity in regulating the functional activities in fMRI were discussed from the perspectives of single acupoint,true and false acupoint,the same acupoint,and different stimulation methods,in order to provide a scientific basis for the study of acupoints specificity and to promote its promotion and application.
