《肘后备急方》方药及其剂量文献研究

摘　　要：目的:研究《肘后备急方》中方药及其剂量特点。方法:人工检索《肘后备急方》中汤剂数目以及药物用量,采用Excel表格建立方药数据库,并用IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0软件将药物的频次、平均剂量、常用剂量、剂量区间、常用剂量范围进行统计分析。结果:经统计,205首汤剂,含有160味药物,其中最常用药味数为1味,药物总频次为586次,从高至低排序,将累计频次大于总频次的50%作为常用药物,纳入标准的药物共18味,常用剂量与平均剂量有12味药物基本一致,剂量分布区间为3.45~341.1g,差值达337.65g。常用剂量区间中药物的下限值多为10.4~41.4g,上限值多为27.6~69g,个别药物不一致。结论:《肘后备急方》汤剂以单味药物形式为主,药味精简,方便平民取方用药。并且其使用药物剂量区间广,具有用量大的特点。Objective:To investigate the prescription and its dose characteristics in Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergency.Methods:We manually retrieved the number of decoctions and the doses of Chinese herbs in Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergency to use the Excel form to establish a prescription database,and used IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 software to statistically analyze the frequency,average dose,common dose,dose interval and commonly used dose range of the Chinese herbs.Results:According to statistics,there were 205 decoctions containing 160 flavors of Chinese herbs,among which the number of most commonly used Chinese herbs was 1 flavor.And the total frequency of the Chinese herbs was 586 times.Sorted from high to low the cumulative frequency was greater than 50%of the total frequency as a commonly used drug,which the standard Chinese herbs were included in a total of 18 flavors.The common dose of 12 Chinese herbs was basically the same as the average dose.The dose distribution range was from 3.45g to 341.1g,with a difference of 337.65g.The lower limit value of the Chinese herbs in the commonly used dose interval was mostly 10.4~41.4g,and the upper limit value was mostly 27.6~69g,and a few Chinese herbs were not consistent.Conclusion:The decoction in Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergency involves a lot of Chinese herbs,mainly in the form of single drug,with a chosen and simplified Chinese herbs,which is convenient for civilians to take medicine for cure disease.In addition,the dose range of Chinese herbs is wide,and it has the characteristics of large dose.
