阳虚体质与抑郁障碍的关系解析

摘　　要：近年来,抑郁障碍的发病率与日俱增,但其防治仍是一大难题。中医学将抑郁障碍归为“郁证”范畴,认为阳气在人体内起到温运、推动的作用,阳气虚则推动无力,久而会导致抑郁障碍的发生。阳虚体质是以阳气不足为主的一种偏颇体质类型,与抑郁障碍的发生发展关系密切。文章从阳虚体质具有与抑郁障碍相似的心理特征、躯体特征以及温阳方药可改善抑郁障碍3个方面对阳虚体质与抑郁障碍的关系进行阐释,以期从调理体质入手为抑郁障碍的防治提供新思路。In recent years,the incidence rate of depressive disorder is increasing day by day,but its prevention and cure is still a big problem.In traditional Chinese medicine,depression is classified as‘depression syndrome’.It is believed that yang qi plays a role in warming and promoting the movement of the body,while deficiency of yang-qi cannot promote the movement of the body.Yang deficiency constitution is a biased constitution type with yang deficiency,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of depressive disorder.This paper explains the relationship between yang deficiency constitution and depressive disorder from the following three aspects:yang deficiency constitution and depressive disorder have similar psychological characteristics,yang deficiency constitution and depressive disorder have similar physical characteristics,and warming yang prescription can improve depressive disorder,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of depressive disorder.
