祛风胜湿方治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛风胜湿方治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法:156例AR患者随机分为中药组(31例)、西药组(35例)和中西药联合组(90例),中药组口服祛风胜湿方,西药组口服氯雷他定片,中西药联合组联合服用中药和西药,疗程4周,比较各组鼻炎症状评分、中医症状积分和生活质量评分,评估近期疗效;治疗结束1年发病季节后随访,评价远期疗效。结果:各组治疗后鼻炎症状评分、中医症状积分以及鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均较治疗前显著降低(除西药组治疗2周后VAS评分及中药组治疗4周后RQLQ眼部症状维度外)(P<0.05,P<0.01),但各治疗组间评分均未见显著性差异。随访发现,中西药联合组和中药组患者复发率均显著低于西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:祛风胜湿方治疗AR具有良好的近期及远期疗效,是一个蕴藏良好前景的中药。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qufeng Shengshi Formula on the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 156 patients with AR were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(31 cases),Western medicine group(35 cases),and TCM and Western medicine combined group(90 cases).The patients in TCM group were treated orally with Qufeng Shengshi Formula,and the patients in Western medicine group were given with Loratadine,while the patients in TCM and western medicine combined group were administrated with both TCM and Western medicine for 4 weeks.Rhinitis symptom score,TCM symptom score and life quality score were assessed to evaluate the short-term effect.We evaluated the long-term effect at one-year follow-up.Results:After treatment,rhinitis symptom score,TCM symptom score,rhino conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were significantly lower than before treatment(except for VAS score after 2 weeks of Western medicine group and the eye symptom dimension in RQLQ after 4 weeks of TCM group)(P<0.05,P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment groups.One-year follow-up found that the recurrence rate of TCM and Western medicine combined group and TCM group were significantly lower than that of simple Western medicine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Qufeng Shengshi Formula is a promising TCM with good shortterm and long-term effect for AR patients.
