健肝颗粒治疗乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究健肝颗粒治疗乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化(简称乙肝肝硬化)代偿期和失代偿期的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年7月至12月就诊于广西中医药大学第一附属医院的60例乙肝肝硬化患者,分为代偿期组和失代偿期组,两组患者均口服健肝颗粒进行治疗。采用全自动生化仪检测患者治疗前后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)和白蛋白(ALB),放射免疫分析法检测透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PCⅢ)和Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C),使用Fibroscan检测肝脏硬度值。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后ALT、AST、TBil、HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C含量及肝脏硬度值均显著下降(P<0.05),ALB显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:健肝颗粒治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期和失代偿期疗效显著,可有效改善肝功能,有抗肝纤维化作用。Objective: To study the clinical effect of Jiangan Granules on the compensatory and decompensated stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis(HBV cirrhosis). Methods: A total of 60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from July to December 2019 were divided into the compensatory group and the decompensated group. Patients in both groups were treated with Jiangan Granules orally. Alanine aminotransferase(ALT), alanine oxalacetic aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(TBil) and albumin(ALB) were detected by automatic biochemistry, and hyaluronic acid(HA), lamectin(LN), type Ⅲ procollagen peptide(PC Ⅲ) and type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C) were detected by radioimmunoassay. The liver hardness was detected by Fibroscan. Results: Compared with before treatment, the contents of ALT, AST, TBil, HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C and liver hardness value in two groups after treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and ALB was significantly increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiangan Granules have significant curative effect on hepatitis B cirrhosis during decompensated and decompensated periods, and can effectively improve liver function and resist liver fibrosis.
