摘　　要：针对一次水性免中涂工艺中出现的面漆颗粒和漆泡问题,对其产生真因进行了分析,同时分享了问题解决过程.强调在工艺设计过程中,工艺的选择不仅要满足材料本身的性能要求,同时还要考虑中间材料对后序工序的影响,在借鉴工艺的同时,对材料的性能也需要借鉴和验证.Aiming at the particle?and foaming problems during waterborne intercoat-free coating process,thecauses were analyzed,and the resolution process was introduced.In the design process,the selection shouldnot only meet the performance requirements of the material itself,but also consider the influence of theintermediate material on the pest-seruential process,while referring to the process,the performance of thematerial also nccds rcfcrcncc and vcrification.
