摘 要:阐述了船用柴油机的技术特点。从柴油机机体、曲柄连杆机构、配气机构、燃油系统、润滑系统、冷却系统、电子控制系统、材料和工艺、排放等角度论述了柴油机技术发展趋势。提出不断提高柴油机的动力性和可靠性,降低油耗和控制排放,研制具有自主知识产权的世界先进水平的船用柴油机,我国面临重要机遇和严峻挑战。The technical characteristics of marine diesel engine and diesel generator set are described.The development trend of diesel engine technology is discussed from the aspects of diesel engine block,crank connecting rod mechanism,valve train,fuel system,lubrication system,cooling system,electronic control system,materials and technology,and emission.The paper points out that we are faced with important opportunities and severe challenges to continuously improve the power and reliability of diesel engines,reduce fuel consumption and control emissions,and develop world-class marine diesel engines with independent intellectual property rights.
