乡村振兴时代“艺术乡建”创新实践策略——一个艺术管理学的观察视角

摘　　要：2000年以来,艺术家主导的"艺术乡建"实践开始成为乡村文化建设的创新性力量。2014年,一场以"路灯"与"星星"为"辩题"的"艺术乡建"主体性辩论在网络空间爆发,"艺术乡建"理论探讨逐步深入,多元化"艺术乡建"主体共生的新时代来临。文章主要对现实语境中政府主导的"屏南模式"、艺术家主导的"许村-青田模式"、企业主导的"丹寨模式"和高校师生主导的"花田模式"等四种主要"艺术乡建"实践类型进行分析。文章认为,近20年来,中国"艺术乡建"实践遵循大体一致的组织方式和工作流程,并以多元化形态共同助力乡村振兴。进入乡村振兴时代之后,"艺术乡建"的内生化发展逻辑将逐步强化,青年"艺术乡建"力量也将以"准组织化"方式深度介入。基于此,推动高校师生成体系介入新时代"艺术乡建"实践,将会有效助力国家的可持续发展,同时也为自身学科发展拓展新路。Since 2000,the practice of"artistic rural construction"led by artists has become an innovative force in the construction of rural culture. In 2014,a subjectivity debate on"artistic rural construction"in the name of"‘Street Lamp’VS‘Stars’ "broke out in cyberspace. The theoretical discussion on "artistic rural construction"has gradually deepened,and a new era of symbiosis with multiple subjects of "artistic rural construction " is coming. This paper analyzes the four main practice models of "artistic rural construction"in the real context: the "Pingnan Model"led by the government,the "Xucun-Qingtian Model"led by the artists,the"Danzhai Model"led by the enterprises,and the"Flower Field Model"led by the college professors and students. It holds that the practice of"artistic rural construction"in China has followed generally consistent organizational methods and work processes,and has promoted the rural revitalization with pluralistic forms in the past 20 years. After entering the era of rural revitalization,the endogenous development logic of"artistic rural construction"will be gradually strengthened,and the youth power will also be deeply involved in"artistic rural construction"in a"quasi-organized"way. Based on this,promoting the systematic involvement of college professors and students in the practice of "artistic rural construction " in the new era will effectively contribute to the country’s sustainable development,and at the same time pave new ways for our own discipline construction.
