摘 要:芭蕾舞经过漫长的发展,在基础舞姿的限定下形成芭蕾训练的方法。芭蕾舞动作形态的延伸感不仅体现芭蕾训练的规范,也凸显着芭蕾舞的审美气质,使外形样态与艺术内涵的视觉融合,形成训练形式与审美意识的有机统一。文章基于芭蕾舞姿训练的视角,以舞姿的延伸意识为出发点,对芭蕾舞中不同类型舞姿的延伸感进行细化剖析,分析外在要素对其延伸性的作用,以期建构以审美带动身体训练效果的教学理念。Ballet has undergone a long period of development and has formed a set of training methods within the limits of basic dance postures. The sense of extension of ballet movements not only reflects its strict training standard,but also highlight its inherent aesthetic temperament,thereby achieving the visual integration of external figure and artistic connotation,and forming the organic unity of training form and aesthetic consciousness. Based on the training perspective of ballet,this paper starts from the extension consciousness of dance postures,studies the sense of extension of different types of dance postures in ballet,and analyzes the role of external elements played in the extension of movements,so as to construct the teaching concept that aesthetic appreciation can improve physical training.
